These terms apply to purchasing and using SaaS Starter, sold by Aymen Akdiri through Lemon Squeezy.

1. What you are buying

A one-time licence to the source code of SaaS Starter, delivered as a download after payment. There is no recurring charge and no subscription.

2. Licence

The code is provided under a commercial licence, set out in full in the LICENSE file shipped with it. It comes in two tiers.

• Individual License — for a single natural person or single-person legal entity, where the code is used by that one person only.
• Business License — for use by more than one person within the same organization; it covers everyone in it.

Either licence may build, modify and deploy an unlimited number of products, including products built for clients. A client receives the product you built, not a licence to the source code. An Individual Licensee may upgrade to the Business License by paying the difference between the two prices at the time of the upgrade.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the source code itself, in whole or in substantial part, or use it to build a competing boilerplate, template or starter kit.

3. Payment and VAT

Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, who acts as the seller of record and collects any sales tax or VAT due in your jurisdiction. Prices are shown exclusive of such taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Updates

Updates to the version you purchased are included at no extra cost. A future major version may be offered as a separate paid upgrade. We do not promise any particular update, cadence, or that the product will remain available indefinitely.

5. Refunds and bug fixes

All sales are final. Bugs in the boilerplate are fixed as free updates, as described in the refund policy.

6. No warranty

The product is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and securing the code before you put it in front of your own users.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
