Refund policy

SaaS Starter is source code, delivered in full the moment you pay. A download cannot be returned, so all sales are final and purchases are not refunded. What you get instead is a commitment to fix the product.

Bugs are fixed, for free

If you find a bug in the boilerplate, send it to lemon.technolgies@gmail.com with:

• A precise bug scenario — the exact steps that reproduce it, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• A video of those steps producing the bug.
• Your order number, and the Node.js version and operating system you ran it on.

Once the bug is reproduced, the fix ships as a free update to the version you bought, available from your original download link.

What counts as a bug

A defect in the code as delivered: a feature described on this site that does not work as described. The following are not bugs in the boilerplate:

• Problems in code you added or changed.
• Configuration of your own environment, database, hosting or accounts.
• Outages or changes in third-party services you connect, such as OAuth providers, payment providers or AI APIs.
• Feature requests.

Reports without a reproducible scenario and a video cannot be investigated.

Upgrades

If you bought the Individual License and need the Business License, email lemon.technolgies@gmail.com and pay only the difference between the two prices.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
